If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with all original Sculpt SA branding and tags into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer of your choice.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it at a certified collection point; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
